Love is an expression of kindness, generosity, and humility. Love knows no boundaries, it is daring and free. Love is as tender as the moments a parent shares with a sick child: patient, warm, and selfless. Love requires action in conjunction with words; without it love has no meaning. Love is continuous, does not weaken, or fail. Love is unconditional, accepting of flaws and all. Love is able to reach beyond the eye and grasp the very essence of one's being. Love can build up a broken spirit and mend a broken heart. Love can deliver, heal, set free...Love is God...God is love.
I'm so happy you ended this with "love is God. God is love" because I don't think we'll ever get it right.

Beautiful post. I think we all need to remind ourselves of the true meaning love from time to time. I must remember to accept myself before I can unconditionally accept others.
