		<content type="html">Yes, LaVender we're addicted to being busy.&amp;nbsp; You would think we would be tired of being tired...right?&amp;nbsp; This self inflicted pain and discomfort causes unnecessary stress and can ultimately hinder our progress in Kingdom building.&amp;nbsp; If we are unhealthy (tired), we cannot be effective.&amp;nbsp; &lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;...enjoy the view as you take a break&amp;nbsp; and watch this holiday season...I will continue to PUSH...</content>

		<content type="html">Tired? I know this emotion very well. Tired has taught me that it is self inflicting and addicting. As women, we continue to add to dos to our list KNOWING we're already tired. We're addicted to busyness! Auuuugh!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I've decided to watch the Christmas season this year and take a much needed break. No baking (except for family),no decorations, no tree, no shopping, no stress, no SELF INFLICTED tiredness.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Excellent post and great reminder of God's power to restore.</content>
